Cost
Free shipping on all orders over $45. A flat $4.99 applies to orders under $45.

Processing
We process orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a separate email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery
Most orders arrive within 10–18 days of ordering. Please allow up to 3 weeks (21 days), especially during busy periods or around holidays. Delivery times vary by product and destination. If your tracking hasn't updated or your order is taking longer than expected, email hello@lumivawellness.com and we'll chase it down for you.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. For anywhere else, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm what we can do.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping email, or the "Track Your Order" link in the footer.

Returns & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us at hello@lumivawellness.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll issue your refund — no return shipping required, and no questions asked.

Refund timing: approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: send us a photo at hello@lumivawellness.com and we'll replace it or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. No return needed.

Subscriptions: cancel or pause anytime from your account or by emailing us. There's no minimum and no cancellation fee. If a subscription order has already shipped, the 30-day guarantee applies to it like any other order.
