Ordering & Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $45. Under $45, a flat $4.99 applies.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most then arrive within 10–18 days, and we ask you to allow up to 3 weeks during busy periods. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States. If you're outside that area, email us at hello@lumivawellness.com and we'll let you know what's possible.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also use the "Track Your Order" link in the footer.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at hello@lumivawellness.com as soon as you can and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's shipped, our 30-day guarantee has you covered instead.

Returns & Guarantee

What's your return policy?
Every order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you — no return shipping required, no questions asked.

How do I request a refund?
Email hello@lumivawellness.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo at hello@lumivawellness.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Subscriptions

How does Subscribe & Save work?
You can subscribe to most of our supplements and beauty essentials and save 20% on every recurring order. Your product ships automatically each month so you never run out.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — anytime, no minimum, no fees. Manage or cancel from your account, or email hello@lumivawellness.com and we'll handle it for you.

Which products can I subscribe to?
Most of our range is available on subscription. The 4-in-1 Grooming Kit is a one-time purchase (it's a device, not a refill), so it isn't offered on subscription.

Products

Are your supplements tested?
Our supplements are made in facilities that follow cGMP standards, and where a product carries additional certifications (like NSF), we list them right on the product page. Check each product's listing for its specific certifications and full ingredient breakdown.

How long until I see results?
It depends on the product, and we try to be upfront on every listing. Supplements and topical treatments work through consistent daily use — most of our products describe a realistic timeline (often a few weeks to a couple of months) on their product page. Give anything a fair, consistent run before you judge it.

Can I take these with other things I use?
Our listings include ingredients and usage guidance, but they're not a substitute for medical advice. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition, check with your doctor before starting any new supplement.
